To whom it may concern,
We’re running a french url shortener since 2009.
As all public and open internet service, we’re the target of malicious usage. We take it very seriously and we’re working with tiers companies for automated tracking and taking down malicious URLs.
We have noticed since almost 3 years now that Twitter apply drastic measures against our service by blocking the whole domain instead of blocking the only fraudulent url.
We have send thousand of requests to your ‘spam service’ located at : https://help.twitter.com/forms/spam.
This is the only service where no one can answer on this matter. Even by provding a valid US phone number. We never got a single response from a human being, juste automated mails.
Partners that you use (Markmonitor, lesxis etc…) confirmed us that they only flagged single URLs in their DB and not the domain.
Also, partners are pretty quick for removing the flagged URLs as soon as there’re cleans. But in Twitter side, it takes days by filling hundred of forms, just to get the domain accepted again.
We already try to get info on this forum but we received of kind of « fin de non-recevoir » cf (Prevent website from being flagged as spam)
This is the last message we post on this matter and we really, but really, hope someone can take a look on this or even point us the Twitter partner which are connected to the companies we mention earlier.
Thank you,
