Twitter Apps over Capacity on Delete

Hi all any ideas why this has happened? Basically NONE of my apps in dev.twitter are working they were upto 2 weeks ago when I added a new app, now no apps will accept incoming connections and if I try and delete ANY of the apps I get told “Twitter is over capacity”

After 2 weeks I have to think its a bug in Twitter rather than anything I’ve done, any ideas how to alert twitter to the problem?

How are you doing your authentication?

The problem is not authentication, its the dev.twitter.com app manager it wont let me delete any apps ive created. No one seems to have a solution to the problem. Cant think im the only one to encounter this problem.
