I just created an App from the Application Management page at apps.twitter.com but after uploading new icon and clicking on the permissions tab, there was an error message and then the App disappeared from my application management page.
I tried recreating the App but it says that the name is taken of course since I just created it. Is there anything I can do to get the App to show up again?
