Hi,

We are trying to access Twitter API for Welcome Messages.

We have used OAuth 2.0 with Access Token, and all other API such as tweets etc are working fine and credentials were allowed.

But when using welcome message API, we are getting error - "Your credentials do not allow access to this resource.”

Could you please advise us on this? Possible our Twitter account (owiwebdev) not allowed?

Do we need an enterprise account?

You need to use OAuth 1.0A and the access token and secret to create a welcome message.

Thanks @andypiper I have tried with OAuth 1.0 and getting the error below;

“Could not authenticate you.”…

Also, I attached a screenshot.
