You have no control over what hashtags show up and for how long, on the website these are also usually personalized so they are specific to you. In the old trends API, these are refreshed periodically based on activity too.
You misunderstood me. There is a problem in the agenda section of Twitter. The problem started on 14 December and continues. I am updating on Twitter.
Can you forward this issue to the twitter software team?
I’m not twitter so unfortunately i’ve no way to do that - but this is still the same issue: Your web trends (first screenshot) are personalized are not the same as API trends, GET trends/place | Docs | Twitter Developer Platform and a third party site like getdaytrends.com is most likely getting them from the API (second screenshot), which will always differ. The trends API is also the old v1.1 API that is no longer maintained, so it may even be broken again - in the past, it was stuck showing old trends for some places.

Unfortunately, a bunch of them got fired, so these forums, or Other question form (which will tell you to go to these forums for an answer) is the best you have, unless you find someone on twitter.com you can ask directly

Sometimes instantly if they automate it, sometimes a couple of weeks if there’s a backlog, or sometimes never. It is unknown.
