Our data engineering team is working to integrate Twitter into our database. However, when using the API, Purchases & Signups are populating zero into database. We believe that we are using the correct “Field API Names”

Purchases = conversion_purchases
Signups = conversion_sign_ups

Please advise on possible solutions!

Hello,

Thanks for reaching out. Can I verify that you are seeing values on the UI but on the API it somehow returns 0?

Could you also shared the entity/entityIDs which you are querying for as well?

Here are two images. The first is from the platform displaying 1687 and 2 (Signups & Orders)
The second image is a query of our database displaying zeros.
The date range for both is 7/24 -7/30.

Sorry, I am not quite sure what you mean by entity/entityIDs.

Hello,

I understand that you are using a 3rd party software (Adverity) to pull the data. Do you happen to know how are they pulling the data? Is it through our API or? If its through our API, could you share which API they are using?

Reason being, I would like to see if I can reproduce the issue using the API to find out if this issue is related to the vendor’s connector itself or Twitter Ads API.

Also, entity/entityID basically means campaignID.

Hello,

Apologies, but we do not have that information of which API we are using. Is there a way for you to test still?

Thanks

You will need to get support from Adverity to reproduce this, and they should reach out to us with the information requested above.
