Twitter API not generating PIN

I am using the oAuth API in my app, has been working, would login, see a pin, now it is not giving a PIN at all, it just says redirecting back to the app. But never gives me a PIN to complete the authentications and get a Access Token. How do I fix this.

I need help on this one please, I am not sure how to proceed without a PIN code for a Windows app. There is not Twitter Kit for Windows. Thank you!

SOLVED: I put oob on the callback url in the Twitter API settings screen for my apps.
