Twitter API limit to 100k for all clients?

Hi,

I was wondering if this new API limit to 100,000 users applies to all clients or only ‘traditional twitter clients’ as they stated? - Will app clients that combine other services like Facebook and Instagram (like MyPad) not have this limitation?

Much of this will be clarified by the documentation when 1.1 is released. If your application is accessing a user’s home timeline in order to present those tweets in a user interface for consumption and interaction, then it is likely to be considered a Twitter client.
