Twitter API error

Hello,

Accessing Twitter API I am getting a following response:

TwitterException: 500:Something is broken. Please post to the group (https://dev.twitter.com/docs/support) so the Twitter team can investigate.
message - Internal error
code - 131

Is there anything I am doing wrong?

There are currently some service disruptions.

You can keep an eye on service status via the API status page and the status blog.
