Hello,
We are building a news aggregator. We Tweet out articles that are published from sources that we monitor. We initially make the mistake of tagging the sources on Twitter to give them credits. This was picked up as spam behavior by your systems and our account was restricted. We have now removed the tagging feature and just mention their names instead and provide links to the articles.
We have tried getting support for a month now using every way imaginable. I have opened countless cases, posted here, talked to over 30 Twitter staff members personally. Nothing has worked. Please help us rectify this situation as our work on our 4-month launch plan is dying as a result of this misunderstanding. For the record, we have read every line of all your terms, we have not violated anything else.
