I have an access for twitter ads API but still when i m try run URL on cansole " https://ads-api.twitter.com/1/insights/accounts/xxxxxxxx" it show following error ,
“The client application making this request does not have access to this API”

Have you been able to make this call using twurl?
Something like
twurl -H ads-api.twitter.com -X GET "/1/insights/accounts/xxxxx"
