Hi!
I’m having trouble uploading images to a website card for our Twitter ad campaign. When I try to upload it, a sentence saying “Error while uploading image” flashes on the screen for less than a second.
When I checked the JavaScript Console, it says, “Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 ()”.
The image has the right specs and my ad blocker is off.
Please help!
Since you’re not using the developer platform (API) here, and this seems to relate to the Ads dashboard, you should use the Help link at the top right-hand corner of the dashboard to open a ticket for assistance. Thanks!
