Twitter Ads not returning any data

Hi,
We are having an issue where the ads content are being pulled in, but we don’t see any stats for any of the metrics when querying a promoted tweet ID.
We compared it with a report directly exported in Twitter ads, and all the data and metrics were showing.

Let me know what other info is need to troubleshoot. Appreciate the help.

That’s not a tweet ID, right?

I did some search internally and was able to track down your data. If you look at your raw request:

basically, you’re specifying 1ot2go as a entity_ids but also with entity=LINE_ITEM. The problem here is that 1ot2go is a Promoted Tweet ID rather than a Line Item ID, so you should change it to entity=PROMOTED_TWEET at least. (or specify a Line Item ID with entity=LINE_ITEM)

FYI, the campaign associated with that promoted tweet was only active from 2018-01-03T05:00:00Z to 2018-01-07T05:00:00Z, so I don’t think the date you specified in that raw request will get any valid data.
