Twitter Ads API Developer Access Restrictions

Hi,

I’m trying to access a few endpoints with the twitter ads api using GET requests and I have the Developer Access. As the docs note:

This access level will enable up to 5 oAuth Tokens and will restrict various API functionality and may be subject to additional limitations.

I can’t find any detail regarding this subject and which restrictions it includes, so I’m not sure if that’s the reason I get this request is not properly authenticated when trying to access these endpoints:

    ` campaigns`,
    `promoted_tweets`,
    `promoted_accounts`,
    `funding_instruments`

Any clarification regarding what restrictions any access level holds?

Hi,

Developer level access should not restrict your access to those basic campaign management endpoints. I would recommend starting out to try to hit the API by using the Twurl tool or one of our SDKs (Ruby and Python are both currently available), and if you have any specific issue setting those up please post a new thread for clarity.
