Twitter account suspended for over 72 hours. No response to ticket submitted


Hello Twitter Team , Our Twitter account is used for legitimate business purposes. We don’t post spam. However, we do use a automated tool which may have caused this suspension. I have revoked access from the application. I have also changed the passwords so the application can no longer access twitter. I have reviewed the best practices page on Twitter that reveals that aggressive following or follower churn may cause a suspension. I agree to comply by the twitter rules, conditions and best practices. I hope my account can be restored if its really troubling my business without it. thank you so much!
