Hello,
I’m the developer of a digital art web gallery and made a bot that stream newly added artworks on our platform as tweet on a dedicated account @ArtNotifier.
All was working well until a week ago where it got suspended, all followers removed etc… I just got the email notification about the suspension yesterday mentionning possible reasons that i don’t see much matching my bot/Account:
- Creating serial and/or multiple accounts with overlapping uses
- Evading a permanent suspension by creating or using another account
- Cross-posting Tweets or links across multiple accounts
- Aggressive following, particularly through automated means
and telling me in short “that’s all, don’t ask again, don’t reply we wont care”…
Is it really how they handle things? No clear explanation about what is potentially wrong to help us fix it? So all we can do is tell our community “we don’t really know why, twitter suspended the bot”?..
What can we do now? i guess there is no point to create another account? I find it very rude and not friendly at all, we don’t tag anyone, don’t auto follow or anything, we just tweet, i don’t see where was the break of the rules…

Thank you very much for the help, it is indeed a nice bot that i believe is doing nothing bad 

I was able to get the test/dev account @ArtTestnet back as it was also suspended, thats the account i use to test before update bot for main account @ArtNotifier but i dont get answer anymore by email to unsuspend the main one.
I figured our possible mistake was that the bot was using a @mention, to @signArtApp which is our own public project account. I didnt know this was not ok even for one of our account but the bot is already updated with no more @mentions at all.
