Please fix this issue, my account mattaustn has gotten multiple of these emails with no luck. I don’t want to lose my account from 2009. PLEASE FIX!!! @OKJ

Same for me, my 30 days are coming to an end, I was older than 18 when I created my account @jbiosc and I’ve sent many times during this month my national id and driving license. But I only receive this faulty email and no help.

I’ve got the same issue for @Kieranlewiss it’s not gone 2 days past the 30 days and I really really want this account back. I’ve got years and years of memories on there I don’t want to lose.

I’ve also got the same issue for @mlook_2001. 2 days have passed since receiving the reinstate mail, and I have important memories and friendships in that account I don’t want to lose.

Doesn’t accs created under 13 years old count as violating the law? Genuine quest

I’m not a lawyer, or twitter, so this is just my impression, but as far as I remember, it’s not illegal, it’s just against the terms of use. What’s illegal is for twitter to not make sure and know who’s <13 on the platform, and make appropriate provisions Children's Online Privacy Protection Rule ("COPPA") | Federal Trade Commission (what those provisions are varies)

mine locked since october 27 and the restoration tool hasn’t appeared yet (is still locked). Someone at the same situation???
