How to rectify this issue?
Is the account suspended?
Yes it seems but dont know why since it’s customer account. If its how much time it takes to get back account? Will it be automatically unblocked after period of time?
That is an account issue. You need to use help.twitter.com for all issues related to accounts. A suspended account cannot publish content to Twitter.
