Tweets to be saved

We are developing an platform which captures wishes from sports fans to their favorite stars. We cannot use web intents as the message needs to be saved in our platform as well and tweet to the sportstar’s twitter handle. Can you suggest some alternatives please?

You should pass the Twitter user through an OAuth flow for your Twitter app and post the Tweet using the REST API to verify the Tweet content.
