I am a phd researcher and my subject is information retrieval.
I have a couple of questions.

Is it possible to get access to specific tweets e-g ‘not feeling good today’ also for example to drill it down to its location - from where this tweet is initiated. So for example, I tweet, ‘not feeling good today’ - I want to access not feeling good part and the person who tweeted his location or some other information if that’s possible.

or for example, can we retrieve some of the hash tags tweets on a subject etc.

Is there any cost involved.
