I am using the twitter count endpoint for one of my apps. I am searching for footballers. When the endpoint returns me some tweets, I paste the same query in the search bar in twitter, but nothing shows.
When I search through the “recent search” endpoint with the same query, I got the result I am looking for - id of the tweet: 1496042616776966147
this is the search query - Nouhou Tolo (Seattle OR transfer OR injury OR suspension OR goal OR performance OR started OR minutes OR interest) -giveaway -birthday
The web search may not be exactly the same as the API.
A more reliable way, is to format a url like:
https://twitter.com/_/status/1496042616776966147
and navigate directly to the tweet, if you need to see it on the website. (Tweet permalinks ignore the username, so it can b e anything) eg: https://twitter.com/_/status/1496042616776966147
