Tweets from predifined people and subjects

We have a stock market website that has 200 individual companies listed on it on individindividualpages

We wish to add a Twitter feed for each company on it’s individual page

For each company we wish to only see tweets based on 2 criteria

1 The person making the tweet
2. And if the tweet contains a certain tag

For example

We wish to only see a tweet from “zeenews” and if it contains the tag “icici”

For each individual company we will have several filters like above
"Abcnews" and “icici” etc…

1. Are there any off the shelf products we can use

2. If we have to build this, any advice or links to documentation would be much appreciated.
