Tweets Count for same blog post differes on mobiles than on PCs

To recreate the problem use the tool given by Twitter to build a button: https://twitter.com/about/resources/buttons#tweet

Under Button options/Share URL tick second option and enter the following:

Donkeys' Milk for Slimming & Beauty<br/>حليب الحمير للنحافة والجمال

Watch and memorize the count that appears under Preview and code.

Now reenter the same url but for mobiles:

Donkeys' Milk for Slimming & Beauty<br/>حليب الحمير للنحافة والجمال

You will get a different count though it is the same post.
Therefore viewers on mobiles get a different count than PC viewers for the same post.
How can I solve?

The parameter “?m=1” is a unique URL from the version of the URL without it. Tweet Button does consider some commonly used parameters when determining URL equality, but this “m” parameter has no meaning to us. As far as the Tweet Button is concerned, those are two completely different pages.
