Currently I am unsure if retweeting from the 100 accounts in a tweetdeck would qualify as bulk/ aggressive retweeting under the twitter rules.

Also would the 100 accounts qualify as a “small number of distinct accounts” as quoted in the rules? If not, then what is a “small number”?

This is not what TweetDeck was designed to support and is amongst several reasons why we recently modified the application. A small or reasonable number of accounts for retweets might be less than 10, not in the realm of 100.
