Tweet to List Timeline

I have a website in which I have embedded a List Timeline and a tweet button. I want to implement that when a user tweet using tweet button, his tweet appears instantly in the embedded time line.
One method which come to my mind is to create a hashtag and include that hashtag in my list. But I don’t know how to do this. Or is there any other method available?

An embedded search timeline is the best way to embed a conversation happening around a topic. If the topic is centered around a known hashtag you could create a hashtag button to help your audience join the conversation.

Thanks a lot niall. I will give a try to hashtag button. I was wondering can I combine search timeline with list timeline. Or can I include particular hashtag in my list so that in timeline I get tweets of certain persons along with tweets belonging to particular hashtag?
