Tweet Retweet and Favourited count

Hello,

I’m interested to know if it is possible to get the number of times a tweet has been retweeted or favourited by supplying the ID of the tweet?

I don’t need to know who retweeted or favourited, just the numbers of each of these by supplying the ID of the tweet, which I already have.

If it’s possible, I’m happy to research how to do it, but if anyone could confirm in advance, that would be great.

Yes, you can get that data from the Tweet object via the statuses/show and statuses/lookup endpoints.
