Hi,
We’ve the connection with the Premium API by Sandbox and there is a comment that we haven’t received from a client.

However, we see how our streaming has received other comments. That’s, it has not fallen at any time. Why have we not received this comment?

We work with this events:
tweet_create_events
direct_message_events

Hi Jessica,
I can leave you the code we have for the reception of the Tweets, if that is what you mean.

You know it’s a php to which we have subscribed the Twitter stream for that account, that’s why I don’t understand what you want me to teach you.

But the problem is that I believe that for some reason that Tweet has not been reported. Because in the trace we have there is no trace of that Tweet.

Thanks for following back up here. Have you tried checking your language filters, my hunch is that might be the reason why this Tweet didn’t show here.

I confirm that we have no language filter. Everything we receive we let into our tool.

Thanks for following up here. It sounds like you are not receiving this Tweet via the Account Activity API. If this is the case which app ID are you using? Also, what is the webhook ID you are using?

It seems what might be going on here is that you aren’t subscribed to the users activity. You can take a look at you are subscribed to by running this call and be sure to check out our documentation on how to subscribe.

I already checked your links but I don’t know what list id I must use. We are suscribed to this users because we have a lot of tweets, only the one Carlos said was missing.
