Tweet Layout when Sharing off of Google Blogger

I am running a sports blog through Google Blogger and when I share my posts on twitter, all that pops up is link itself. I’d like this link to pop-up accompanied with an image similar to how @Ringer does when they share their articles. Is there a way to do this.
