Tweet from app error

I have a hybrid app using cordova-plugin-x-socialsharing. When I try to tweet with it on iOS, the tweet doesn’t post. When I open the twitter app, I see the following error message:
“Tweet failed to send
Your tweet couldn’t be sent and has been saved as a draft.”

I’ve looked at the following item:

Good morning all , I have Twitter Fabric set up in a new App, and when I try to tweet i am getting this Log print plugin com.apple.share.Twitter.post invalidated. When logged into my Twitter account it shows that tweet was not sent. Any ideas or others experiencing this ? Any help is greatly appreciated. JZ

Deleting the Twitter account and re-adding it allows me to tweet once without a problem, but then when I try to tweet again, I get the same issue. I’m not tweeting duplicate content.
