The Javascript API appears to have changed so that the tweet and follow callbacks are fired upon clicking the button, not actually completing the action. I understand there was some reason for this, but I don’t see why you wouldn’t leave this as an option. This has worked great for years, why not leave them and make new events for the “click” action of these events. It would make sense to give developers a callback for completion and click-intent of both the follow and tweet actions.
