Tweet count not increasing

Hello Sir

I have added the tweet button to our site. Here is the link to tweet button on our site.

The main problem is that tweet count is not updating .After clicking on tweet button the links is successfully shared to my account ,But its not incrementing the tweet count. It is displaying 0 count .

Please check the site url .

I will really appericiate for any kind of help
