At the bottom of the page, I want to show tweet count of ‘https://twitter.com/ArtessaApts’. Its tweet count is 19, however on website it is showing zero.

Please let me know where I am going wrong.
The tweet button count is for displaying the number of tweets containing a URL tweeted after the Tweet Button was made active… not for displaying the number of tweets created by a specific user, which is what I think you’re looking for in it.
No, I am looking for the total count of the tweet of the URL and not for tweets made by specific user.
Any help really appreciated…I need to get this done ASAP…please help me out…
