I Can’t Tweet, the tweet button is gray and it wont let me press it.

i don’t have a tweet button at all and my timeline feed won’t load at all!

There is no tweet button and when i type its greyed out. Also, I can’t access my settings. I use Safari. Nothing i do helps.

Same issue- the left side tweet button is greyed out. I place the cursor in the area to type but it doesn’t let me type anything in this area. I have to hit the compose button on the top right in order to tweet. Very frustrating…
