Tweet button that allow to add picture from phone gallery?

Hi everybody,

is there a way to put a share button on website (this point is quite easy ok) but that when you share you arrive on a compose page with the add picture button.
If I use https://twitter.com/intent/tweet , I can add a the mention and the text I want, but not the picture (from my phone for exemple).
If I use https://mobile.twitter.com/compose/tweet , It’s possible to add a picture but not the text (hashtags or mention) that I want.

So what link could do both: add a picture and add mentions or pre-writed text ?
