I have a tweet button on my website and have included in the tweet message, the full url of a jpg on the same page but the picture is not shown on twitter. Can I fix this at all?
We don’t render raw image URLs in Tweets at this time, or have a way to upload images via the Tweet Button. To include an image in a Tweet via the Tweet button, you can share a link to any page marked-up with a photo card (or, create you own.)

so the way for example @FastCoDesign is doing it is that they upload an image separately and then only include the link to the image (at pic.twitter.com/… ) ?
