Tweet button is not showing the graphic and just opens new tweet window

Hello

I’ve added the following code to my site
Tweet #abdn12

and all that happens is the text is shown (rather than the button) and once clicked, it opens a new window in another tab with the content specified, rather than a popup.

How can I resolve this?

Is there any kind of CMS you’re using for this site that might be either re-writing or stripping your HTML and Javascript?
