Tweet button implementation creates an empty white bordered frame at top left corner

In my website, I’ve added both Tweet Button & Twitter Feed in the home page.

It was working fine but suddenly today there is a white bordered frame appeared at top left corner. If I remove the Tweet Button JS implementation from the page then it disappears.

Do anyone has any idea why this happened?
