Tweet button count not increasing

Why there is a mismatch. It has been one day.
I have checked that our server support twitter by running the curl -I and also the account used to tweet is not protected it seems.

Is there something wrong in the formation of url which is triggering this or the tiny url you developers are forming or there is some problem with the cache at your end or our site is not accessible to you [I don’t think this is possible]

Any help will be much appreciated

Yes Effectively.
But in my case after even one day of waiting nothing happened !
