I have a very Important question related to the policy and procedure of the twitter as i strictly follow the policies of any site before starting it. There is a sports league named IPL that has its official twitter account. If any person from any blog like i was checking the blog related to IPL, if I tweet related to IPL, will it be considered illegal or immoral?
