Tweepy - API KEYS - Invalid or expired token - Code 89

Hi,
I try use Tweepy but I have error:
TweepError: [{u’message’: u’Invalid or expired token’, u’code’: 89}]

Here is my code (as new user I can’t post full image url):

I have two questions:

1. Am I right and use good key as CONSUMER_KEY and CONSUMER_SECRET?
2. Do you have that problem too?

I refreshed my tokens today morning.

If you refreshed your key, are you certain you reloaded the page on apps.twitter.com to see the new tokens before copying them into your code? I’ve seen a few cases where the old key is accidentally still in use in code.
