Trying to apply for Developer account

I've been trying to sign up for a developer account but it's not sending the verification code to my phone.

I've tried clicking re-send, I've even repeatedly re-entered my phone number. I'm not sure if this is the right topic for this to be in, but I just need help, thanks.

Did you try dropping the leading 0 from the phone (assuming an international dialing code) - I had similar issues that seemed to solve it

Hi, I’m having the same problem - it’s not sending the verification link to my email. At least it seems like the same issue. I thought the application process was quite good but the problem is not receiving the “verify your email” link at the end after submission. And I’ve requested it to be resent several times.
My email address is good, I receive other Twitter notifications regularly. Handle is @webdimensionshh or webdimensions is the name of the developer account submitted. thank you!
