And they close the case. That is not true! we have a developer account, we already have other APPs in our https://developer.twitter.com/en/apps dashboard. Anyone can help me? is imposible to talk with a human?

On the target account, have you been through the developer account application process, or are the apps showing in your dashboard transferred from the older apps.twitter.com portal? In order to create or transfer new apps, your company account will need to have been through the developer account application form.

Just to confirm that you’ve been requesting to move the app to the @TweetBinder account when you’ve completed the form?
