Truncation of Twitter username in button in Chrome and Safari

Hello,
I create social media icons and rollover on those will use JS to show/hide Twitter follow buttons.
The issue is that when in Chrome or Safari, the Twitter username is stripped from the follow button. It is absolutely fine in Firefox and IE 9.
Could you please help?

There is a CSS related issue from the Follow Button: in Safari and Google:
User name doesn’t show when the flyout set: display:none
Could you please fix it?

I am having this same issue. If the Twitter Follow Button loads in an element that is set to hidden, the username does not show up when the button is revealed.
