Transition Twitter app from one user to another

We recently built a web site for a customer, and a feature of the site imported data from Twitter. We registered a Twitter app on behalf of our customer in order to use the Twitter Streaming API.

Now that the site is built and in maintenance mode, we would like to hand our customer the keys so to speak. With Facebook apps I can add developers as admins to an app then remove ourselves. However, how do I transition an Twitter app from one Twitter user to another?

Oops, sorry. The Google eventually coughed up an answer: visit https://support.twitter.com/forms/platform and select the “I need to transfer an API key to another account”. Fill out the form and wait at least 3 business days.
