Transfer dev account

I’d like to transfer my twitter dev account (app names, keys, etc) to another account. Is this possible? Thanks.

Yes, this is possible. To get the process started, email api@twitter.com from the email address associated with the account currently owning the application. Include the @username you want to become the owner once the process is complete and any other explanation you may think is necessary. It can take a few days to process.

It seems this information is out of date. I tried this my self and got a message from Twitter about the email api@twitter.com is no longer monitored.

That is correct, we no longer monitor api@twitter.com, we utilize a form for all Platform Policy requests:

https://support.twitter.com/forms/platform
