Hi Joe,

Please make sure your HTML markup is valid. The reason why the Card Validator does not work is because you have a few meta tags which contains two consecutive and unescaped double-quote marks. Here is an example of incorrect line:

Please fix those lines, escapes double-quote characters or remove unnecessary ones, and try to re-validate. Your current App Card markup looks good to me.
