Too many websites using same application

Another interesting issue is, I found out that too many websites uses same application tokens.
All of the following websites declares that they are an ios application named of “Noticias Esportivas”.
(declared link: http://itunes.apple.com/cn/app/id389568516?mt=8)

Although these websites are not related with the declared ios app, I wonder whether is it ok for many websites to use same application.
