To know who is the owner of posting by the URL

Hi,
I’m an forensic analyst, currently investigating some of Twitter cases.

If i have found URL such as “https://twitter.com/ashyusof/statuses/340672316402958336”,
How i want to know that ashyusof is posting (https://twitter.com/ashyusof/statuses/340672316402958336) and he is the owner of the posting?
