“This application cannot authenticate more users at this time.”
Please help my app id is 16259472

You might have the Ads API enabled so that caps your users as far as i remember - someone from twitter has to help you in that case. I don’t know if Platform or asking in the Ads is better (if that is indeed the case)

You’re almost certain to have asked for Ads API access lately. @carmenjyuen may be able to assist when back, otherwise use the API policy support form @IgorBrigadir recommended
I have ads api connected to this app id which i did not ask as i have a separate app id for that.
So if someone can help me removing this ads api from this app id without impacting the ads api permission that i have on another app linked to the same account. Let me know whoever can help me.
I am hoping that ads api permission given to another app id linked to the same account will not be impacted if we remove app api from the app id I’ve mentioned in the same thread. Please confirm and help.

Hi @andypiper i raised the issue ticket in the form you mentioned but the twitter team responded by saying this is not the right form and shared another link with me Contact us
This link is not the right form for my issue as none of this covers my issue.
Last time when i had this issue @carmenjyuen solved it in 2 mins. My live app is suffering because of this issue which can be resolved in 2 mins since last 2 days now.
Also its not even my fault if twitter team wrongly added ads api in an app where i don’t want the ads api.
Can someone really help.
Hi @punter4u, Access to Ads API has been removed and token limit lifted. We did receive a request o this app, but have changed the status to declined.
