Hello,

We’re experiencing an issue with authenticating owned accounts with our application. We are receiving the error message “This application cannot authenticate more users at this time”. As per the [docs] (Twitter Ads API Documentation | Docs | Twitter Developer Platform) it looks like we are running up against the Ads API Auth limit. How can we increase our access to this API?

The process is listed on the same page you link to:

The Developer license provides companies access to all Ads API endpoints to develop their tool to completion. Developer-level partners are limited to five OAuth tokens. To graduate to Basic, the company needs to demo their integration via meeting at t.co/meeting.

Note that the Basic level also has some limits, and there is tiered access to Standard level once your app is reviewed.

It sounds like your next step would be to set up a meeting via that link and demo your integration :slight_smile:
